The Ankle Support is designed to provide lightweight support and adjustable compression during training, sports and everyday movement. Its elastic wrap system allows you to fine-tune the fit around the ankle for a more secure and personalised feel. The compact, flexible construction moves comfortably with the body while providing support without unnecessary bulk.

SIZING & FIT

Sizing is based on your shoe size (EU).

  • M – EU 37.5 to 40
  • L – EU 40 to 42.5
  • XL – EU 42.5 to 45

Between two sizes? Take the larger one and use the elastic wrap to adjust the fit.

HOW TO FIT

  1. Pull the support over your foot and up to the ankle, so it sits smoothly without folds.
  2. Wrap the elastic strap around the ankle and fasten it.
  3. Adjust the tension until it feels firm and even, never pinching.
  4. Walk a few steps and re-adjust if needed.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
  • Do not tumble dry, bleach or iron.
  • Air dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Let it dry fully before storing or wearing again.
