DESCRIPTION

The Hot & Cold Therapy Wrap is designed to provide targeted hot or cold therapy around the body. Its reusable self-absorbing water system helps maintain consistent thermal contact, while the integrated heating function allows you to switch between cooling and warming when required.

The flexible wrap design adapts comfortably around the knees, legs, arms and joints, making it a versatile option for post-training recovery and everyday use.

HOW TO USE

For cold: soak the pad in water until it has fully absorbed, then place it in the freezer until cold.
For warmth: use the integrated heating function as described in the instructions included with the product.
Wrap it around the area and fasten it comfortably.
Use for 15 to 20 minutes at a time, with a break between sessions.

If it feels too cold or too hot, place a thin cloth between the wrap and your skin. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe the outer cover clean with a damp cloth.
Let the pad dry fully before storing.
Store flat, away from sharp objects.
Do not puncture or cut the pad.
