DESCRIPTION

The Adjustable Knee Support is designed to provide adjustable compression, structured stability and comfortable support during training and everyday movement. Its integrated pressure dial allows you to fine-tune the level of compression, while the gel patella support and lateral stabilisers help maintain a secure and supported fit. The flexible, breathable knit construction follows natural movement without unnecessary restriction.

SIZING & FIT

Sizing is based on thigh circumference. Measure around your thigh 15 cm above the kneecap, keeping the tape snug without pulling it tight.

  • M – 35 to 40 cm
  • L – 40 to 46 cm
  • XL – 46 to 54 cm
  • 2XL – 54 to 62 cm

Between two sizes? Take the larger one. The dial closes the gap, and a slightly loose brace can be tightened while a tight one cannot be let out.

Left or right. Each brace is shaped for one knee. Choose the side you want to support, or order one of each to cover both.

HOW TO FIT AND ADJUST

  1. Open the dial fully before putting the brace on.
  2. Slide it up the leg until the gel pad sits centred over the kneecap.
  3. Turn the dial clockwise until the brace feels firm and even, never pinching.
  4. Bend the knee once or twice and re-adjust. The right setting holds without restricting the bend.
  5. Pull the release to loosen instantly when you sit down or rest.

Start looser than you think you need. You can always add a turn.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
  • Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach or iron.
  • Air dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Do not submerge the dial mechanism for long periods.
  • Let the brace dry fully between uses to protect the silicone lining.
